Tony Rosselli, a Terre Haute, Indiana native, was a multi-sport athlete at North Vigo High School before playing collegiate baseball at Indiana State University (2013–2017). Redshirting in 2013, he gradually became a key player, peaking in 2016 when he led the team with 10 home runs and 44 runs. Over his college career, he started 120 games, batting .290 with 86 RBIs and 22 home runs.
In summer baseball, Rosselli played for the Terre Haute REX in 2014 and the Edenton Steamers of the Coastal Plain League (CPL) in 2015 and 2016, winning a CPL championship and setting a home run record. In 2017, he played for the North Shore Professional League and the CPBL's U.S. All-Star team in Taiwan, leading in hitting stats.
From 2018 to 2020, Rosselli played professionally for the Chicago Dogs in the American Association League. In 2021, he joined the Milwaukee Milkmen and Kane County Cougars. That winter, he also
competed with the U.S. Bobsled Team, finishing 3rd in the North American Cup. He continued his athletic versatility by competing in the 2022 Professional Long Drive golf competition.
Rosselli began coaching as a volunteer assistant at Indiana State (2021–2022), then joined the Wilson Tobs as head coach in 2023, finishing 3rd in the CPL East. In 2024, he returned home as head coach of the REX, where he had once played, and led the team in 2025 to 30+ wins and their first playoff and Prospect League Championship Series appearance since 2018.
Off the field, Rosselli founded Alpha Performance LLC to train baseball, softball, and golf athletes, sharing knowledge gained from a lifetime in sports and Olympic-level parents. His dedication to development and leadership continues to shape future athletes.
